"What's? ... What's that strange sound?"
He noticed cracks running around the dam, and water leaking from all over.
Obviously, Fuguri had broken the watergate, and moreover,
he had been leaning on the dam with his tremendous weight.
No matter how strongly build, the dam could never withstand such force.
Fuguri hastily looked back to the swollen lake.
If the dam collapsed, all the water would surge downstream.
All the downstream cities would be wiped out.
"Oh, Heck!"
As destructive a hero as Fuguri is, he thought he might have gone too far.
He stood up quickly and stepped over the dam.
Then he sat down and braced his back against the dam to keep it from crumbling.
The water pressure, however, was just too strong.
Concrete pieces flew past Fuguri one after another.
"Ah .... I can't hold it anymore!"
Despite all of Fuguri's hopes and effort, the dam was swallowed into the spray and collapsed.
Fuguri was swept away along with a terrific current.
