I wonder how Zoar would react to the numerous doujinshi sold in Japan, with scenes much, much more graphic and OOC than this. Surprisingly though, many manga-ka rarely push for lawsuits, as they consider it free advertising.

It’s business of mine, when I’m the only voice that’s defending the characters’ innocents. Everyone else was going: “Make Goten and Trunks Kiss!” or “it would be so cool if Torajimaneko made them Homos!”. Shamefully, I know a little about those too. Doujinshi, as far as I know, are nothing more then ‘fanfic’. It is sold almost like bootleg, in which, I mean, no one really cares. If Doujinshi was being sold at big name bookstores, like Waldenbooks, then lawsuits would happen. Besides, Japan doesn’t seem to be a big copyright lawsuit kind of place. I even seen Star Wars and aliens copied in Japan. Have a look for yourself:
